Contact Us
Use this page when a guide on pakvipgame.pk is wrong, unclear, or out of date. You can also send a question about PAK VIP registration, login, or the Android download steps we published.
This is the contact desk for the website. It is not a bank desk, a JazzCash helpline, or a remote-install service. Please read what we can help with before you send an email.

Contact Form
What to include in your message
A short, complete note gets a clearer reply than a long chat screenshot with no context.
- The page URL you mean, such as the login guide or the download guide
- What you tried, in order
- What you expected, and what you saw instead
- The date and the device, for example Android 13 on Chrome
- Whether you used the website or an APK
- A screenshot that hides your number, OTP, and wallet PIN
Do not paste your password into the email. We will never ask for it.
What we can help with
These requests fit this website.
- A step on a guide that no longer matches the screen
- A broken heading, a missing table, or a spelling error
- A question about the process we already described: register, login, download checks
- A user review you want published under a name you accept
- A request to edit or remove a review you sent us earlier
What we cannot do
Please do not send these expecting a fix from this inbox.
| Request | Why we cannot do it |
|---|---|
| Force a withdrawal | We do not control another platform’s wallet |
| Reset someone else’s password | That belongs to the app you signed up on |
| Recover money from a vanished APK | We are not a bank or the FIA |
| Install the app on your phone from here | Remote setup is a common theft path |
| Confirm a Telegram ID as “the official teacher” | Chat labels are easy to copy |
| Give legal advice | The law notes on this site are general information only |
| Promise that you will earn | No honest guide can do that |
If your cash-out is stuck, keep your own records and use the wallet provider’s complaint path. You may also use official cybercrime channels in Pakistan. We can still take a correction if our page described the button names badly.
Do not send these
Some files and codes should never leave your phone.
- JazzCash or Easypaisa PIN
- OTP or SMS codes
- Account password
- CNIC photos or selfies “for verification”
- Full bank account numbers
- An APK file as an email attachment
If a message from someone using our name asks for any item on that list, it is not us. Forward the text if you want us to know. Do not send the secrets.
Contact reasons, in short
Pick the line that matches your email so we can sort it faster.
| Subject line to use | Example |
|---|---|
| Correction | “Correction: download page — permission list” |
| Question | “Question: login OTP not arriving” |
| Review | “Review for the homepage table” |
| Privacy | “Please remove my review” |
| Other | One sentence that names the page |
How we handle reviews
If you want a review on the homepage table, send only what you are willing to show in public.
- Name or short name
- City
- Month and year
- What happened, in your own words
- Whether the outcome was a payout, a held request, a loss, or an uninstall
We may shorten the text for the table. We will not invent a jackpot for you. We will not publish a review that is only an ad.
Response expectations
We aim to reply inside the window you publish in the first table. A correction that includes a URL is easier to check than a vague “the app is fake” message with no page name.
We may not reply to:
- Abuse or threats
- Bulk agent offers
- Messages that only contain a gift code list
- Requests to post someone else’s CNIC or chat dump
Safety reminder
pakvipgame.pk publishes guides. A successful email to us does not make PAK VIP a licensed casino product in Pakistan. It does not make an unknown APK safe. If you are under 18, do not use the app and do not send us account details.
